After breaking my foot, I was suffering from pain and frustrated by my foot not healing for 3 months. I was in a cast and on crutches for 2 months and the last month in a walking cast going to physical therapy 3 times a week. My foot was still not getting better, I was suffering from a great deal of pain and facing potential surgery. This would mean 3 additional months of being non-weight bearing and back in a cast and on crutches.

I am continuing to get results: For 8 months I could not stress my left knee with squats or leg presses. I have followed his research on stem cells and when I heard about Stemgevity, I had to have some. Mid December 2010 was the beginning point of constant pain in my lower back, left hip and left leg down to the ankle.  With Progressive Multiple Sclerosis a person can expect new adventures, or challenges, almost daily and I thought this was one of those events and would pass in a short while.

April 2011 found the pain worsening, walking was nil as was even standing to prepare a meal, take a shower or do almost anything other than sit in the wheelchair.  Sleeping was difficult due to the pain and getting out of bed took an act of congress to get the body to move, and to handle the pain.  An MRI was scheduled for early May (100 miles away) and the results showed 3 bulging discs, 2 vertebrae squeezing together and pinching the spinal cord, all in the lower spinal column.  Spinal decompression was suggested, surgery ruled out, and the spinal decompression may offer some relief but not a long term situation.  Something else was needed including requests of God, and advice sought from Dr. Anthony G. Payne.

Dr. Payne suggested I look at using N-A-G (N-Acetyl Glucosamine) capsules along with EGCg Green Tea Extract to support cellular health.  Dr. Steenblock’s staff, including his wife, Noyemy sent me “Stemgevity” capsules (an all-natural stem cell mobilizing formula).

The first of June 2011, armed with these new supplements, and quitting all exercise routines except stretching exercises, I tried to relax each evening, using an ice pack each evening on my lower back, with wheelchair in full recline position & feet elevated above my head and either do some reading or catch a movie.  Also taking 1 N-A-G capsule, 1 EGCg capsule and 3 Stemgevity capsules before or with breakfast then 1 N-A-G capsule and 3 more Stemgevity capsules before retiring for the day (On some days I took 6 more Stemgevity Capsules prior to sleeping, a total of 9 for the day).

On June 19th, 2011 I slept peacefully, without pain, all night long.  In the morning I was able to get out of bed, without pain, to stand on both legs without pain and, for the first time in several weeks, I actually stood and took a shower as opposed to having a sponge bath, and even got out of the tub and toweled off – all while standing with no pain.  What a joy that was and I spent all morning giving thanks to our Creator for the healing taking place.  After an hour long phone conversation with one of my adopted kids in Uganda, I traveled in my chair to church (a bit over a mile), to continue giving thanks.  The day continued without pain and I even traveled 50 miles by auto, alone, to do some much needed grocery and supply shopping.  After being out & about for 6 hours, I returned home and with the aid of the chair, unloaded my car, put everything away – and continued to be amazed at the fact the body had no pain – tired, yes, but no pain.

I slept good that particular night, awoke in the morning and quickly transferred to the wheelchair, got ready for the work day, all with no pain. I was able to stand without my legs buckling and because of this it was another truly good day.  Then in the morning, after a good night’s sleep, with just a few aches & pains, I took another shower, toweled off – all the while full of gratitude and smiles.

I will stay on this regime as described here, and slowly add back some of the exercises I used to do without over doing any of it (I will just allow my body to dictate what works, and what does not.)  And of course, I will be filled with gratitude for the “healing” that is taking place.  I firmly believe in God and keep God as the center of my life; and I totally trust Dr. Payne and his information and ideas; and I thank Noyemy Steenblock for the capsules, and Dr. David Steenblock for formulating “Stemgevity” capsules!  At this time, I believe this regime, along with trust in God, has played a huge role in ridding the body of the pain, allowing my legs to hold me up once again, and by so doing making it possible for me to get through the day without constant pain.
